Mr Mughal is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon practising within the NHS. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He believes in taking the time to listen, and in tailoring care to each patient as an individual.
Mr Mughal manages the full breadth of adult and paediatric ENT, with subspecialist expertise in disorders of the nose and sinuses.
Mr Mughal completed advanced fellowship training in rhinology in Oxford, under the mentorship of consultant rhinologists Mr Ali Qureishi and Mr Pablo Martinez-Devesa. He provides comprehensive assessment, medical management and surgery for conditions of the nose and sinuses.

Mr Mughal has a longstanding interest in research, beginning with a BSc (Hons) awarded through original research into cancer biomarkers, and continuing through an active involvement in ENT research — reflected in regular peer-reviewed scientific publications.

Alongside his clinical work, Mr Mughal is dedicated to teaching and training. He holds a Master's in Medical Education, awarded with Distinction, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He teaches medical students and surgical trainees, and pursues research in medical education.
